The Kamman Building at 755 Seneca Street, borders Larkin Square in the heart of Buffalo New York’s Hydraulics district. The Kamman, built in 1883, was designed by prominent Buffalo architect F.W. Caulkins. Now listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the building has undergone a complete renovation, transformed by CJS Architects into a vibrant, mixed-use space for both offices and residences.
